Production: The latest adventure in cider piquettes, aka ciderkins, brings together the second pressing of egremont russet apples, spontaneously fermented, then dry hopped with Chinook hops grown on the farm and bottling with a little sugar and organic blackcurrant juice to induce not only a beautiful colour but a second fermentation in the bottle.

Bottled: March 2022. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.

Description: Bonkers in all the right ways and guaranteed to put a big smile on your face. A glorious hazy, watermelon pink with vibrant sparkle, the hops and blackcurrant leaf come out to play on the nose along with something a little strawberry like – leaf and hull included. On the palate it’s super fresh, tangily lactic with rhubarb, grapefruit, cranberry, blackcurrant and apple flavours. Two people, ten mins. What fun.
